7. Number of Session (for Bulk Subscriber only)
8. IP Address (for Bulk Subscriber only)
9. Article Access Count (for Trial User only)
10. E-mail Address
11. Phone Number
12. Secondary Phone Number (optional)
13. Organization Name (optional)
14. Address
15. Zip/Code
16. City
17. State
18. Country
19. Set Timeout Session
20. Security Question
21. Answer

Step 4 Click “Next” button
Step 5 Check and tick on subscription checkbox
Step 6 Agree with the Terms and Conditions
Step 7 Click “Submit” button
Step 8 An Email will be send to registered email. Admin will reply to your email to verify and confirm your registration before your login ID activated.
***You may not use your login ID yet until Admin verify and confirm your details.

BLIS Users are divided into THREE types of user.

TRIAL USER
Trial User entitles for One (1) login ID with a limited access of articles and short time expiry date. Trial user is FREE to sign up, however, once register, BLIS Administrator will review user's details and activate before you can use the ID registered.

SUBSCRIBER
Subscriber entitles for One (1) login ID with no limited access of article. The subscriber can subscribe a Module they preferred with a minimum fee RM3600 per year and One (1) year subscription period. Login ID will be activated by BLIS Administrator after payment has been made by the subscriber.

BULK SUBSCRIBER
This type of Subscriber entitles for One (1) login ID which can be accessed up to 50 login per time and has no limited access of article. The subscriber can subscribe a Module they preferred with a minimum fee RM3600 per year and One (1) year subscription period. Login ID will be activated by BLIS Administrator after payment has been made by the subscriber.

You may view your subscription once you are login to BLIS

Go to Subscribe to view your subscription.

Step 1 Click Login

Step 2 Insert Username
Step 3 Insert Password
Step 4 Tick "Remember Me" (Optional)
Step 5 Click “Login” button or press “Enter”

There are few possiblity reasons why you failed to log in. It is either you;

1. Not Register to BLIS
2. Your subsciption already expired
3. You username and password did not match
4. Your username has been blocked by Administrator

Click Login

Step 1 Click on “Forgot Password” link
Step 2 Insert registered Username or Email
Step 3 Choose registered Security Question
Step 4 Answer the Security Question
Step 5 Click “Submit” button
Step 6 A new password will be send to user’s registered email

You can change your password if you are Trial User or Subscriber only. For bulk subscriber, you need to contact our Sales person or Administrator (here) to request for new password.

You need to login first to change your password.
On the Top Right of screen

Step 1 Click on Profile icon
Step 2 Click Change Password

Step 4 Insert New password
Step 5 Insert Confirm New password
Step 6 Click “Save Changes” button

You are required to Login as user with a subscription to access Modules & Category in BLIS Portal. If you are BLIS User, you can only view article that is under your subscription plan.

If you get this error message,

its either you did not login to BLIS or you did not subscribe to the artilce's module.

Please make sure you are logged in to BLIS and subscribe to the article's module

Search Manually
Step 1 Go to Module which you know where the article should be located
Step 2 Click on the Category to short down the list
Step 3 You may shorten down the list by filter it by article date, month, year or its sub category (which is set by Admin)

Step 4 To look for specific title, you may key in the keyword in Search field provided (on top right)
Step 5 To expend or shrink the size of list, you may choose a show entries options from 10, 50, 75 and 100.
Step 6 To view the first paragraph of the article, click on icon to show the first paragraph of the article and click on to hide it.

Using Advanced Search
In case you know the Module but looking for more specific article, you may use an advance search.
Step 1 Go to Module which you know where the article should be located or simply click on Module image at homepage
Step 2 Click on top right of article list
Step 3 Choose category you would like to search (Optional)
Step 4 Select your search criteria and fill a keyword of article you are looking for (*Search criteria may be different from other module)

Step 5 Click “Search” button
Step 6 The result will be display below the Advance Search form

NOTE: Search Criteria fields for each module may be different. For example Bernama News may have author field search but Who’s Who does not have author field in Search Criteria. All fields in Search Criteria is set to represent the usage of the module.

Using Global Search
In case you are not sure the article module or category, you may use Global Search to look for the article you want
Step 1 Insert keyword in Global Search field

Step 2 Choose category (optional)

Step 3 Click on or press “Enter”

Global Search is to search an article from selected or all Modules in BLIS Portal. Global Search only search a keywords in Article's Title.

Advanced Search is to search a specific article from a specific Modules in BLIS Portal. Advance Search provide choices of keyword field to search. All module may contains different keyword field that set by Administrator.

A PWA can only be installed on iOS using the Safari web browser.

1. 1. Open https://blis.bernama.com/ in Safari Browser.
2. 2. Press the "Share" button and select "Add to Home Screen" from the popup.
3. 3. Tap "Add" in the top right corner to finish installing the PWA.

It will now be on your home screen.

The default Chrome browser is capable of installing PWAs for Android.

1. 1. Open https://blis.bernama.com/ in Chrome Browser.
2. 2. 'Install BLIS APP?' Pop-up will appear, Click Yes. If not appear Press the "three dot" icon in the upper right to open the menu.
3. 3. Select "Install App" Press the "Install" button in the popup.

The PWA is now installed and available on your home screen.
